This year we are taking part in READATHON, a sponsored reading challenge with the proceeds going to two charities. The charities are The Roald Dahl Foundation and CLIC Sargent - both of these are childrens' charities.
If you would like to take part, here's how:
1. Collect a sponsor form from Mrs Jackson in the LRC
2. Decide how many books you plan to finish by the end of the 3 week Readathon
3. Get sponsors (DO NOT APPROACH STRANGERS - FAMILY AND FRIENDS ONLY!)
4. Read your book(s)
5. Collect your sponsorship money and pass it to Mrs Jackson who will send it off
If you need more information - just pop into the Library and see Mrs Jackson.
